I emailed him the booking/itinerary, which clearly states what I paid for. I put one room in my name and the other in my employee's name, who was still on a plane.
Online, I booked (2) King Suites for (2) days. The front desk employees were rude and unaccommodating. Upon check-in, I quickly realized I had made a mistake. I stayed in the new all-suites tower days after it opened & had a stellar experience.
I was looking online for decent accommodations and booked the Hard Rock, due to my experience at the location in Vegas. My Employee and I flew in the Tulsa area from the West Coast on business.
